DO I NEED TO BE “GOOD” AT YOGA TO TAKE THIS PROGRAM?
The main requirement is that you love yoga. We suggest having at least half a year solid yoga practice.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS A DAY OF TRAINING?
Attendance of all classes is required for all scheduled dates and times in order to receive a certification. Since it is a private course and program we handle all requests on an individual basis.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE TIMES WE MEET IN THE CLASS?
Yes, you will have homework, required readings, and some addtiional meetings meetings – all to help crystallize and consolidate the material covered during contact sessions.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TEACH A YOGA CLASS WHEN I GRADUATE?
Yes. The degree to which you are proficient will correlate to how much time and energy you dedicate to the training. You will practice teach a lot during the training, preparing you well for teaching real people in the real world.
WHO ACCEPTS MY CERTIFICATE?
You get a Yoga Alliance certification, your name will be on their homepage in one and only existing yoga data base. With this certificate you can teach and continue education all around the World.

Body: Yoga. One-to-One class is aiming your personal goals and purposes. According to your abilities we will develop individual yoga- sequence with elements of meditation and breathing techniques. As a result you will get physical fitness and comfort, as well as balance of mind and soul.
Mind: Neuro feedback. We use EEG device widely promoted by neuroscience researchers around the world. It measures your brain activity and helps you to control your mind during meditation or other mindful practices. Body and mind are intimately connected. Physical health is related to the mental balance. Asanga Yoga integrated the ancient Indian knowledge to develop a double approach program to cleanse both.
Step by step DETOX PROGRAM – the traditional Panchakarma cleanse, 3/5/7-day detox that can be done at home with the knowledge of practices and recipes, which you attain during the workshop.
